Podle čeho se určuje zda se hází na paralízu proti smrtícímu útoku?

co jsem vypozoroval, tak by obet nemela o utoku vedet, tzn. hazi se kdyz neni v boji.. vetsinou to alespon takhle plati, co jsem vypozoroval u ty svy

death attack se provádí pouze proti charakteru, který není v boji a spouští ho pouze první sada útoků, pak už je postava v bojovém modu a death attack na ní nepůjde i kdby byla třeba flatfooted

Aby to bolo uplne jasne.... znamena to ze protivnik nesmie vobec bojovat.Ani s kolegom z party alebo inym NPC.
